Request can not be Approved, Mitigate......Risks, GRC AC V10

Hi Guys,

Based on the Agent work flow manager is not able approve the request even though Risks have been mitigated, request

was resubmitted as approved, even as an administrator when try to approve the request i am getting the same error upon submission

the request.

Any suggestion to resolve the issue.

Thank you all for replying, user was able to execute the approval process after re-ran the Risk analysis at the manager stage...Now its moved to security Path but showing as a GRAC_MANAGER as Approver at the security stage which is wrong, i had defined GRAC_MANAGER in the agent rule at the manager( finance BP)  stage in BRF +, it should be security lead as Approver .

Any suggestion.

security path, click show details and maintain grac_security as agent,ensure there are people are miantained in owner tab , as security lead.

Please put GRAC_SECURITY agent in the stage settings for Security Stage and make sure there are  people maintained in Owner tab as Security Lead.
