Hi APO experts,

I got a problem with CIF from ECC to APO.

Currently in SMQ1 it shows a lot of failed qRFC with the error log:

Conversation   <init> not found / CPIC-CALL: 'ThSA PCMRCV' : cmRc=19 thRc=

Does anyone have any idea about the root cause and how to fix this issue?

In addition to above question, is it a normal practice to delete all failed qRFCs and re-transfer them via IM?

Hello Andy,

This is more of a Basis issue. You might need to get in touch with Basis folks in your project. They should help you on this. There must be a short dump in the system. That should give some clue.
