Smartform: Enter comments in the header text while execution

Hi,

I am developing a smartform for a company which deliver goods to its customer. The form will be a'Material order ready notification'.

I have got an object to develop smartform which will be sent as notification to the customer when the order is in 'Ready' status. If the customer doesn't pick the material ordered within a given date, the sales person should be able to resend them the document including order details with a condition given below.

The sales person should be able to enter comments in sales order header text to print on the form (like First notice, second notice, etc.)

Please help.

Hi-

Where does your Sales person is going to put his comments? Is it in Order long text? If so in your Smart Form make use of Include text where you can print whatever the comments user has put in to the long text. If this wasn't your requirement please elaborate.
