ST03N Issue

Hi !
We wish to see T-code usage...i.e. who used say SM30...
ST03N gives a list of users; however, half of them don't even have access to SM30 (either via the Role Menu or via S_TCODE) !
Is there any reason, the ST03N data could mean something else...could be incorrect...
Is there another way to find who accessed the T-code / when.....(we don't have SM19/20 enabled)...
(Some of the users have SM30 in their FF Id's...& the FF Id's come up separately in ST03N...)
Please help !

It is stange that SM30 show up if they are not able to perform the transaction. Can you check to see if the data is recent? Maybe the STAT file is stored full and not deleted automatically? Could you check to see if the COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR job is running correctly? Do you receive errors in the system log messages regarding STAT file?

The job's running fine & there are no errors in SM21.
The other data in ST03N seems good...
Is there something else that could be amiss....
