User data for archivelink creation

Hi All,

I want to get the user information (user id) for the archivelinks which are created in SAP ECC.

I have checked in table : TOA01. But here , user details are not stored.

Where else can i find this data?

Hi Simran,

By default ArchiveLink never stored user information.

But there is a development for this, you can find in notes #1451769,#1560955. For more information please also read note #1513057. Please note that this is only for that scenario, when you create attachments with the GOS menu -> Store business document function. For other scenarios, like barcode, workflow, etc. it doesn't apply.
