I need to understand if REFX can provide us with Service tax utilization ? Is there any standard way to get details of service tax credit availed and utilised

Service tax utilisation is purly FI and not REM.

Hi,

Service Tax can be used in Real Estate Contract for allowing system to calculate Service tax on the assigned Condition amount.
Create a Tax Type with the desired Service Tax percentage and allow that tax type for the Real Estate contract. Then assign the Posting Parameter created with the newly assigned Tax type and group, to the condition in the postings field of Terms tab.
