Step is as below mentioned and Use Transaction code VA02.

1. Go to -> Header -> Status

Hi,

      Go to Va02 in header you will find "status tab" there inside you will get delivery status if all the itemss of the order is fully delivered then the order will have status fully delivered.If any item is left then it will show partial

In case of Item level if all the quantity of the Item is delivered it will show Fully delivered .If partial quantity is delivered then it will show partially delivered in Item Level status.

Check in sale order status tab. It is in sale order item tab and in header tab also.
