Hi Masayuki,

I am getting the ERROR :

RFC call was not successful because of system failure 'Function module "/IWWRK/WF_TGW_TASK_SCN_COUNT" not found.'.

Both errors which you have posted :

/sap/opu/odata/IWPGW/TASKPROCESSING;mo/ConsumerScenarioCollection?$filter=((ConsumerType%20eq%20'TABLET'))%20and%20((UniqueName%20eq%20'CARTAPPROVAL'

and

RFC call was not successful because of system failure 'Function module "/IWWRK/WF_TGW_TASK_SCN_COUNT" not found.'.

Will revert if i get the solution for this.

Please let me know if anyone found the solution for this.

This issue was resolved after rechecking system alias configuration, Roles assignment and Consumer scenario in Scenario definition. I will suggest delete all scenario definition and reconfigure.

i am facing the same problem during configuration of fiori app approve requests...

RFC call was not successful because of system failure 'Function module "/IWWRK/WF_TGW_TASK_SCN_COUNT" not found.'.

mentioned notes are implemented.

we have following software components installed:

nw gw system: sap_gwfnd 740 0007; iw_pgw 100 0005; UX01CA1 100 0002

erp backend: sap_gwfnd 740 0003; iw_pgw 100 0004

Problem solved. Function Modul "/IWWRK/WF_TGW_TASK_SCN_COUNT" was missing on ERP System. After upgrade of IW_PGW to SP0005. Function Module is available and Fiori App Approve Requests is working.

I think you did not follow the install guide and did not apply all notes mentioned in the install guide.

we even facing similar issue, even after applying all the SAP Notes mentioned in the installation doc , would be nice if you can throw some light on this ..

500 Internal server error whilst passing through the below url..
