When Milestone confirm , the actual date issue.

HI,

I have milestone under activity in project builder.

First time, the milestone scheduled date is set by activity earliest Start date.

Because I have not checked 'Offset to fin.'

It means that we  focus on activity start date.

But, when we confirm the activity from BAPI 'BAPI_NETWORK_CONF_ADD', milestone actual date is set by actual finish date.

We want to set the milestone actual date by actual start date.

How can I implement this ?

Did I miss some option ?

Please help me.

Hi,

i think it is the setting in the milestone. Try to unmark the offset to fin. checkbox.

In fact, we already unmark the 'offset on fin.' checkbox.

So, milestone 'scheduled date' refer to the activity 'earliest start date'.

But the milestone 'actual date' refer to the activity 'actual finish date' when activity comfirmed.

We want to set the milestone 'actual date' same to activity 'actual start date'.

Please give more information.
