Cannot find ChangeListServiceWsd file

When I generate client for Changelist wsdl for PI 7.11 (SAP BASIS 7.11) in NWDS, only class ChangeListServiceVi is created and not ChangeListServiceWsd.

Are you following the below help document for generating webservice client proxies.?

The other approach is try using eclipse.  I did before and no issues.

I followed all the steps as mentioned in the william li's blog:

Also, I cannot find SAP server in window>>preferences>> Webservices>> Server and Runtime:

I cannot see WSDL and/or Enterprise service explorer:

I have used JDK 1.6, could that be a issue?

Pls advice.
