Hi All,
The customer has placed a requirement where they will be available to enter both value and quantity and in the contract and create an order with reference to the contract where whichever is exhausted first i.e. value or quantity , the system will block that order.
How to achieve this because in the standard process we cannot enter both value and quantity in the contract and subsequently create an order referencing both quantity and value in the contract.
Secondly what is the purpose of a master contract and when is it created.

To answer your second question - Master can be considered as a template from where we can copy the contrct to create multiple contracts.

you can Achieve this by Using Master Contract,you can assign the Lower level Contracts like Value/qunatity and define Referencing procedure with Required Fields.
