Hi Satish,
Ensure that hosts file is updated with correct hostname and ip address.
Check the hosts file in the below folder:
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc
In HANA Studio, Go to Window> Preferences> Network Connections> Active Provider - Change the value from "Native" to "Direct".
You can Refer to SAP Note 1639568 - SAP HANA Studio displays System Status as yellow
Hi Vivek,
1. I updated the hosts file with following links..
69.195.214.239 | hanacloud.sap.com hanacloud | |
10.160.0.100 | hanacloud.sap.com hanacloud |
69.195.214.239 is the ip received by executing the ping hanasp5.vm.cld.sr -t in command prompt
10.160.0.100 is the ip which i got it from the cloudshare host file..
2. using manual option instead of direct or active. i tried with direct option too..
after all modifications, i tired with odbc settings too. sapstartsrv is constantly shifting from yellow to green to yellow. i am not able to figure it out the exact problem. how can i up the service.
