Hi Satish,

Your first screenshot says that Database Connection is not available.

So check that Database Connection is working properly and as seen from other screenshots HANA Studio has been trying to refresh system and it is still executing

Hi Satish,

Ensure that hosts file is updated with correct hostname and ip address.

Check the hosts file in the below folder:

C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc

In HANA Studio, Go to Window> Preferences> Network Connections> Active Provider - Change the value from "Native" to "Direct".

You can Refer to SAP Note 1639568 - SAP HANA Studio displays System Status as yellow

Hi Vivek,

1. I updated the hosts file with following links..

69.195.214.239   hanacloud.sap.com hanacloud
10.160.0.100   hanacloud.sap.com hanacloud

69.195.214.239 is the ip received by executing the ping hanasp5.vm.cld.sr -t in command prompt

10.160.0.100 is the ip which i got it from the cloudshare host file..

2. using manual option instead of direct or active. i tried with direct option too..

after all modifications, i tired with odbc settings too. sapstartsrv is constantly shifting from yellow to green to yellow. i am not able to figure it out the exact problem. how can i up the service.
