CMS: using an external SLD for a Domain Data

Hi,

Here is my architecture:

- Server A: WAS server where I want to configure CMS (6.40 SP10)

- Server B: XI server on which SLD is activated (6.40 SP10)

On Server A, in CMS->Landscape Configuration->Domain Data, when I use the URL of my server B as SLD address, I receive the following error when I save a track: "Unexpected error; inform your system administrator: com.sap.cms.util.exception.CMSUnexpectedException: Not a valid URL: Unexpected character found ['/' at position 8]"

When I use SLD of server A, everything works fine.

What's wrong? What should I check to be able to use the SLD of XI?

Regards,

Nicolas

Hi Nicolas,

Please check again the SLD URL of server B. It should be http://<host>:<port>/sld. Maybe you have entered one more slash before the hostname.

Best regards,

Vladimir
