Intrastat report for Italy

Hello Forum,

We are implementing SAP for our client in Italy and for the same we need to pull out Intrastat report from SAP which they are submitting to the authorities currently from their legacy system.

Also I understand they would be submitting the report for Goods and Services as well.

We are on SAP ECC 6.0 with SAP_APPL - Release 603.

1. Do we require to implement few notes for the services or does that already included into our current system release ?

2. We are unable to generate header line for the text file we are generating for the month from ENGR transaction code..

Please advice or correct me on intrastat process and questions raised above.

these reports are mandatory requirement for EU

the configuration set-up for creation INTRASTAT reports

WZFT01 for Arrivals & WZFT02 for Dispatches.

Thanks for the Information Sachin.

This was pretty much standard and I am able to generate a report now but stuck at the following two points.

1. VAT Registration number is not flowing in ENGR

2. HEADER line item is not appearing in the Diskette file.

Please share your thoughts or advice me on HEADER line as to why it is not appearing.
