Order get blocked after availability check done

Hi All,

Once order got created we realsed through VKM1 because of static check, then in VA02 we done check availability, then again order goes in static credit check & blocked sales order.

My question is if we release the sales order first then why it has again blocked for credit check.

Please share your expert advice.

Dear Anjali,

When a Sales Order is opened in VA02-Change mode, then some of the fields are revalidated when you save the order.

In this particular case, although you have released the Order through VKM1. But, the order again goes through Credit Check, when it is saved.

This is what is causing the SO to be blocked.
