Test Certificate for customer

Dear Experts,

I am stuck up at one issue. Scenario is that we are using serial
number functionality in one of our case for FG material. Now Problem is that we
want to give its RTC certificate to customer generated from system. We are
noting down corresponding test readings at its intermediate SFG level  which has
no serial number. Now if system tries to pick readings for FG for particular
serial number then system not finds any recorded readings at FG . Is there any
way that we can use mechanism that we can get serial number profile at sfg lable
without disabling back flush indicator.

Have you looked at the certificate results from the material production chain?

In your certificate profile, for the results origin, you can specify "production chain".  Then, using the "Materials" button on the menu bar, you can specify the materials, and order of the materials to be searched for the characteristic value.

I haven't tried it specifically for serial numbered items but I don't see why it wouldn't work. You need to have the batch where used list configured and I'd suggest having it updated in real time.
