Shopping cart approval by email

Hi All,

I need help with Workflow for Shopping cart approval by email (SRM).

Requirement is to have a functionality where the user can approve shopping cart via email(external email /non-sap).

Currently, an email with the eBuy page link is sent which necessitates the approver to enter the correct log-on credentials for processing the carts.

An offline approval via email is now required.

After Shopping cart order is placed, the approver should receive an email notification from the system with the subject line as-

#XYZ# Approve XXXXX,XX Currency Shopping Cart “Requisitioner ID”

The customization has to be done to Workflow: WS14000109 (n-step spending limit approval);

we would need the current notification to be replaced with the new one.

Can anyone guide me for achieving this?
