Hiding Documents from the Key User

Hello SAP Experts,

Do you know how we can hide documents/attachments in Service desk 7.0 from our key users? In the properties of an attachment, there is a hide tick box. But when I tried to use it, it is not working. The document is still being displayed in the workcenter of the key user.

Hello,

We do not want to disable user from viewing or creating a document/attachment. We just want to hide some documents to the key user.
