getting error while running android app in cloud 30 days trail of SUP

Dear Team,

I have registered for SUP 30 days trail version. I have created one android app after following the pdf available in info Centre named “sup_tutorial_android_object_api_application_development.pdf”. First, I tried the same app in Cloud SUP only and there it was working fine. But when I created the same app outside the cloud and tried to run, I am getting the following error in the LogCat. I have changed the host address to cloud’s external address also. I am using port 5001.

I have attached the full log cat in the word format. Please help to resolve this issue.

The logs tells that the device is not able to connect to the server.

Are you using the public IP of the cloud system?

You have to note that the Public IP of the cloud system is dynamic. Go to google.com and search "my public ip address". It will bring you your public IP. Give that public IP and port 5001 from your device and connect, it would work.
