Catalog shopping cart failed to create PO in the R/3 system

In SAP SRM while creating the catalog shopping cart it failed to create the PO and got the error message  "shopping cart XXXXXXX (PO XXXXXXX) please enter net price.

Please suggest how to rectify this error.

Hi Deepa,

If the SC is in Approved status, go to BBP_PD and check the document you will find some error.

Also check the Vendor & User Currency. If they are different pls have their exchange rates maintained.

Did you check the line item in shopping cart is populated with a value or not?

PO will not be turned into ordered status if the net price at item level is not mentioned (zero).

Pleae check the PO in edit mode, if you have created the shopping cart from catalog, pls verify the price mentioned in catalog.

I have checked the shopping cart the price value has been mentioned.

still the same problem is existing.

Is the SC is in approved status?

Then what is the follow on documen tab says?

Can you see the PO number?

What is the PO status?

If PO is already created, then did you check PO line item price?

Go to edit mode of PO and check the error messages once again and let us kow

I have checked the shopping cart, it is in approved status but the follow on document is not created.

I am not able to see the PO number in the R/3 system .

Run below FM with SC header GUID, then check the SC for follow on document detials.

Still if you don't find PO, then check the SLG1 log. Log should give you more clarity about the error.
