I am a fresher in XI and was going through the XI configuration tutorial, I came across some doubts..Please do help me in resolving it.
during the process.....ie: Creating the Integration Scenario to send MATMAS from SAP to the ext. system
5. Rightclick into CCSendMatmas and choose Define as Start Action
6. Rightclick into CCReceiveMatmas and choose Define as End Action
7. Mark both actions by holding the shift-key, rightclick and choose Create
Connection . Make sure that both checkboxes MATMAS.MATMAS01
are marked. You can also see that the communication is asynchronous. Choose
apply, save the Integration Scenario and activate your change.
But after saving I am getting an error
"Error while activating.."
please do help me

the second one is...after this step..
Import the Integration Scenario from the Repository into the Directory:
· Reset the Cache with the menu item Environment and after thatClick 4. Generate, in the following window choose Generation and Start
5. After the generation, close the log window, close the Integration Scenario
Configurator and choose Apply. Then activate your changes...
I activated the changes and an error is coming
"NOT RELEASED..,UNABLE TO LOAD ACTION"
Hi Anil,
To create Intergration Scenario you should follow this step by step procedure.
1) Create sender Action where you should add your outbound Interface and specify it as external if it is from some other SWCV or internal if it is in same SWCV.
2)Create receiver Action where you should add your inbound Interface and specify it as external if it is from some other SWCV or internal if it is in same SWCV.
3) Create a Integration Scenario and save. After saving it if you open it you will find the vertical bars where you need to right click and specify your Sender component on first vertical and receiver component on second vertical.
4) On sender component add your sender action and in receiver component add receiver action.
Note: For asynchronous communication while adding actions you should keep in mind that receiver should be one level below of sender (should be at different levels) while in synchronous they should be at same level.
5) You will select both and right click , then you will create connection between both where you wil specify the corresponding INterface mapping and save.
I am sure if you follow this you wont get any problems.
If you get any more issues please revert back.
Hope you will find this helpful
Regards
Abhi

Hi,
After creating the Integration scenario , click on Configurability check which is in Menu options..Sure you will get the activation error.
Did you selected the interface mapping name in IS ..?
to resolve the second problem , first you could have the proper activation of IS in IR then you will not get any error in ID.
Please let me know the Config .. Check error
Regards
Chilla..
