Q: GRC 5.3 SP 19 (NW 7.02) Compatibility with GRCPINW SP 11 (NW 7.31)

Dear All,

Question

1. Is GRC 5.3 SP 19 NW 7.02 compatible with GRCPINW SP 11 NW 7.31?
2. We are using GRC 5.3 and connecting to plugin ABAP system running  GRCPINW SP 11 and we notice our GRC 5.3 Risk Analysis is not working.

System Information:

1. GRC 5.3 SP 19 (NW 7.02)
2. Plugin System GRCPINW SP 11 (NW 7.31)

Symptom

1. All request from CUP do not have risk when we perform risk analysis
2. RAR > Management view is able to see users but Total Violations is zero

Dear Jacky,

Please, let me know whether the Risk Analysis from RAR is working correctly or not. As I could understand, you do not have results just for a Risk Analysis executed from CUP.

Please not that integration between GRC 5.3 and GRC 10 back-end plug-ins must be temporary. Just during the implementation of GRC 10.
