Is it possible to send an email to sales rep if in a transportation order, the time between deadlines status takes longer that certain amount of time?

Hello Carlos,

It's possible with the event management functionalities integrated with TM. The event management(EM) can monitor the status and trigger your defined followup action like email when the unexpected event like delay happens.

Thanks Ye Liang it turns out the requeriment was about a Z Table already in use in that customer.
