Locked SC's not moving to Step 2 in Carryout Sourcing

Hi Sap Gurus,

We are on SRM 7.01 with EHP5.

Issue we are facing is in Carryout Sourcing we have 2 sc's for which the "INCLUDE LOCKED ITEMS" check box is checked, and we are not able to move these sc's to step no 2.

Can someone please help us in knowing how we can unlock those SC's and also how can we know with whome those SC's are in (I mean who is editing those SC's)

I have checked SM12, SM04 no entries found and tried BBP_WFLOCK table.

I feel BBP_WFLOCK is for object lock which is not suited for our situation.....

This is an high priority issue.. please do the needful...

Hi Sanjay,

Sourcing locks are in table spers_obj.

Enter as a field name GUID

Value - guid of shopping cart position from BBP_PD.

There you'll be abe to find user, who locked entries. Be carefull. Deletion of this single entry is a wrong way to unlock shopping cart. You'll need to login with the user, who locks shopping cart, and delete it from 2 step.
