PI Messages getting stuck in SXMB_MONI of R/3 receiver system.

Hi,

We are trying to execute file to proxy scenario with separate attachments. We are using SFTP folder as sender file system and SRM box as receiver system.

XML file (main file) with separate attachments (text file) is going successfully from PI. But message is getting stuck in the SRM system's SXMB_MONI with scheduled status and proxy is not getting triggered. We checked in SMQ2 and tried manual running, deletion of all the messages from queue and executed again but nothing worked.

Please help.

the queue is in most cases stuck at there's something wrong with the first message

if you try to run with debug you should be able to investigate why does it fail,

Hi,

Thanks Michal for quick response.

As suggested we have already deleted all the messages including first message from the queue, then we started running the scenario again in debug mode itself, but the point here is breakpoint is not getting triggered for the proxy and message is going into the scheduled state (green flag) in receiver's SXMB_MONI.

Please suggest.

Hi Vaibhav,

Check in ST22 whether there are any dumps in the system. Check with User used by PI to connect to ECC.Debug is another option which has already been suggested.

The queues are registered, aren't they?

Check it through SMQR TCode.
