We are on SAP Solman 7.1 SP08 using ChaRM as functionality as I want to set up the ITSM BW reporting, but with my own filters. I can see the standard reporting for Change documents or Request of changes, but what I want is to have many filters about Transport requests created with ChaRM. I found information about TR infocubes and so on (0TRPCREQ1) but I don't know how I can set up a report to see it in ITSM BW reporting. Please if there is someone who can help me...

After you built your custom query, then you need to generate custom WEB Template copy of Standard to show your custoom query in ITSM BW reporting. check the last 2 points n te page.
I've already read this doc. I can see standard reports but it doesn't descrive how I can add my own filters (ex. for number of Transport requests created, tasks and so on).
