sap solution manager problem after applying sp

Dear Exterts,

                we have upgraded sap solman 7.0 ehp 1 support pack. we are facing problem with with maintenance optimizer. Now it's opening in web browser. earlier it was opening in gui. Update option is not found.there is error on top of screen "System constellation is empty, calculation will not run"

Please find attached screen shot.

How can get option for EHP upgrade

Please do needful.

Check this note 1811240 - System constellation is empty - calculation will not run.

In symptom section is mentioned Generate an XML for a Java system but try implement solution issue is the same.
