Storage location missing or incorrect while doing putaway

Hi folks,

getting the above mentioned error in LT04 in the overview of TR. I believe i have assigned plant /SL to warehouse . What could be the reason ?

Hello Akhil,

As you are getting TR number in SAP, I assume that your plant-Sloc to WM assignment setting is correct. Please check whether you are using "storage location control". If yes then check the related configuration setting for storage location control.

If you are talking about TR created as result of GR posting, you may check the storage location control setting @ IMG -> LE -> WM -> Interface -> Inventory Management -> Define Storage Location Control -> Control of Assignment "Plant / Stor.Loc. - Whse Number".

1) Check if "Do not copy stor.location in TR" indicator is set for the plant/s.loc to which the GR was posted.

2) Check if you have one storage location set as standard storage location for your warehouse
