How to get IO_OIF for using the OVER ride method ?

Hi  Experts,

I want to use the

override_event_oif method to dynamically handle my UIBBs. But i do not have a instance io_oif which i need to pass to the over ride method.

Or suggest me to any other way to dynamically handlin the UIBBs .
