Default system in GRC10

HI,

we had gone live with ARM.ARM was configured to Production system and everything working fine.

Now we have a new scenario.

After user got created in Production system ,Security team is creating same user id Quality system.Now we want to automate it as well.

Is there any way in GRC10, to create users in QAS without selecting system Quality?

in this scenario, requester will select only Production system and user should be automatically created in Quality as well.
