Exception Reporting out of Technical Monitoring

Is there any way, by which we can get a monthly report out of Technical Monitoring, with-

# Number of Alerts raised

# Number of Alerts actually acted upon?

There is a functionality called Interactive Reporting in Technical monitoring. May be explore more on that.
