want to give validity period based discounts

i want to give discount based on validity periods, first 5 months discount is 5%, next 4 months 7%, and next 3 months 3% for same material and same customer.

please can anyone help me to configure the above req.

you can specify the validity periods in VK11 when creating the condition record.

Hi,

You can achieve this by creating condition record or using T code VK11, if you have already created ,you can change it by VK12. Also you can specify the upper & lower limit so that the discount does not exceed the one which is defined.  Thanks Sukant Chakraborthy.

HI,

It's not possible in Standard SAP,

because if you maintain with three different validity periods it will take the current period condition record(I mean current period only)

the only one options is possible with partial over lapping of validity period.

first you create a condition record from 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2013 ,maintain percentage-5%

later create with reference with the same condition 01.05.2013 to 31.08.2013 ,maintain percentage-7%

do it in the same way  one more time 01.09.2013 to 31.12.2013 ,maintain percentage-3%
