But exact what version of your xi is supporting , that is imp, so please go to XI IR home page and click on Client installation guidelines and clik on JAVA Webstart down load then you can download..

You can also take help from the xi Integration Builder

Go to integration builder http://<xiserver>:<port>/rep/start/index.jsp

->click the Client installation Guidelines.

-> press the text "Download java webstart 1.4.2"

for installing Webstart it does not aks systemid.

HI,

XI7_0_SAP_BASIS_7.00_09_00.tpz

Import the above .tpz file into the integration repository from the XI content. This fixed our problem of NullPointerException.

Hi,

Also check the previous versions of all Java webstart like 5 etc versions

and install 1.4.2_13 /or your specified version.

And also set the Java runtime environment veriables like path,java home ..

these things you would have to enter in system properties.
