how to delete all information in IDES

Dear sd experts

i want to delete all information what i configured in IDES system  (i personally configured )  ?

beze ides system information is full so i want delete all information

plz tell me how to fallow plz give me step by step

You can manually delete all the configuration that you had done.

The process of deletion (in the correct sequence) could be a good learning / exercise.

Hi,

Normally if you install IDES on a less space (i.e 250 GB) then system will throw lot of errors or unwanted terminations will takes place. In such case the available space is occupied by the master data and when you do the transactional testing system will throw errors.

Better Install IDES on atleast 300 GB Hard drive. so that you can save the transactional data and avoid the unwanted terminations and errors.

Hi Venu,

I am not sure but a Basis guy can help you in details.As you say you want to delete all the details

Config+Transaction data.

If your Basis person taking the regular back up then they can restore it from a particular date to get the fresh IDES copy which was a fresh installed.

Please let me know is that you actually want.
