RF Screen management issue for Catch weight materials

Hi Gurus,

We are having an issue referring to screen management in RF transaction LM26. In our client we have Catch weight and non catch weight materials in bulk storage types which also manage SU.

When picking for a delivery, in the case of CWM, the screens shown in the process differ from the ones shown for on CWM. This makes us impossible to confirm more than 1 SU in a transfer order for a delivery if the material is CWM.

How can we achieve to have the same screen sequence for CWM?

Here you have the detailed processes:

Example for CWM:

Stock transfer order:
4500022081 (2000 KG and 2000 PC) Delivery: 25000273

Material: 425720000 (ROH)

SU:         418000000000000418 (1000 KG, 200 PC) in Storage type 120, bin 1202 (BULK)

               418000000000000419 (1020 KG, 201 PC) in Storage type 120, bin 1202 (BULK)

Transfer order: 2010001763 (target quantity 2000 kg)

We go to transaction LM61, to execute the TO (which will take us to LM26).

We press F6 TOex:

We enter the Verif ID code for the bin, and the 1^st SU.

We press F1 and then F4:

The system takes us to screen 2399 as we need to enter the Catch weight quantity

We enter it and then press F1 Save.

The system comes back to the initial screen:

And the TO has been updated with the quantity in the SU, instead of duplicating the TO items to accommodate another SU to reach the 2000 KG.

However, if we make the same process with a material that is NOT CWM:

Stock transfer order: 4500022082 (2000 KG and 2000 PC) Delivery: 25000274

Material: 1020000 (ROH)

SU:         418000000000000420 (1000 KG) in Storage type 120, bin 1202 (BULK)

               418000000000000421 (1020 KG) in Storage type 120, bin 1202 (BULK)

Transfer order: 2010001768 (target quantity 2000 kg)

We press F6 TOex:

We enter the Verif ID code for the bin, and the 1^st SU.

We press F1 a different screen appears, requesting to confirm the quantity that has been scanned with the SU:

Screen is 2411 from Standard SAP

We press F1 to confirm the quantity and the system takes us to screen 2402 to press F4 to continue:

After pressing F4, the system shows screen 2399.

If we press F1: the system comes back to the screen to scan more SUs (as there is quantity left to be moved)

And the TO has been updated as follows:

This is our screen management info:

We have tried to include screen 2411 in the list of screens for variant 1 but it didn’t work either.

We need to “get” screen 2411 to be shown when we are picking from BULK storage type with CWMaterials. Any advise will be welcome.

Is your screen 2399 custom screen for CWM data or standard?

Do we also have to create that screen or to copy it from somewhere?

It says nothing about that in note 738159.

have found out the cause of the error, but not sure how to resolve it.

When I call guided putaway - LM04 t-code, or guided picking,
screens that get called and processed are 2212 (source), and 2312 (destination).

What I need is to call screen 2302 for destination as that one is modified by the note.

I'm not sure how to achieve this, I have tried to make an entry in screen management table,
to call logical screen 0302 when 0312 is called, and 2302 for 2312, but that doesn't work.

I have hit a wall here so any help is much appreciated.
