Issues activating Best Practice scenarios for Retail ERP606V6

Hello All,

I am in the process of activating the scenarios for Best Practice for IS Retail ECC6 EHP6, and have encountered an issue, I am seeking advise on how to fix the problem and proceed with the activation.  Please let me know if you need any additional information. 

We followed the procedure as described in the documentation Retail_Quick_Guide_EN_DE.doc which we got from SAP Marketplace.

I was on section 3.8 Scoping and Activation of Scenarios, Step 3: Uploading the Installation Data (FYI, I am trying to activate the complete Retail package)

I selected the ZIP file

Clicked the check mark, then it ran for awhile before giving me the  error below

The file SMBA0_V_TVKOV_W_B21S_J01_701.TXT (attached), contains the organizational setup for Retail
