Shopping Cart error when trying to cal ECC system for Cost center

Hi Experts,

We are currently running SRM application 7.01.

I am getting error only in development system when we create SC and try to search for Costcerter value from ECC "accounting Valu Help: Password logon no longer possible - too many failed attemts"

It is confirmed from our BASIS team like the RFC Destination is perfect and the remote user is also not locked and the connection test is also fine.

Also define system landscape the same destination is used and I dont see any discripancy over there too.

Let me know where to check and how this SRM and ECC are connected to fetch the ECC costcenter data to SRM Shopping Cart.

Hi Karthi,

the only connection is used - is an RFC, which is determined from logical system of your shopping cart.

Please recheck your RFC connection to ECC. Please also check, your SC has ECC logical system.

PLease check, you haven't dialog RFC in your BBP_BACKEND_DEST table for your ECC:

Anyway you can try to set a break point in the function module /SAPSRM/WDC_BACKEND_SH_CC_DFUG to see, how it works.
