Qm Action box functional module

Dear all ,

We need the FM Functional modules for Notification Action box for below content :

1) Out bond delivery creation

2) Credit note creation

Please guide .

I am not sure what kind of business process, you are looking for.

But, you can create Sales Order from notification, using that Sales Order, you can create Outbound delivery.

Action box Outbound delivery will not have reference on notification.
