Need to enable some fields in CRM_UI screen.

HI Gurus

I am giving access to the user for creating REQUEST FOR CHANGE in CRM_UI screen.But as per the screen shot the fields PROJECT & SOLUTIONS are in disable mode.But customer needs that field should be enable.

If i give SAP_ALL  its working.

My business role is a customized one.YSOLMANPRO.

Kindly give the suggestion for this.

Hi,

include authorization object SM_FIELD in one of the authorization roles assigned to your user (ex. for the change manager add this object to the copy of standard role

SAP_SOCM_CHANGE_MANAGER). Include your transaction types (or use * ) and in field "Field Name" use * or define the specific fields that you want the user to have access.

This authorization object is used together with IMG activity

Change Control Management->Change Request Management Framework->Adjust UI objects by User Status.

have you assinged charm related roles to your user? if you working in Incident management, have you assinged related roles to the user

please verify securtity guide, for specific sceanario

Did you  create project ?

Did check authorization for this object using  tcode st01?
