Lots in QA32 & QA16

Hi,

I need a help related to issue of inspection lots of calibration equipment. In QA32 all inspection lots are reflecting but with the same input criteria, only one lot is getting reflected in QA16 tcode. User wants to finish pending lots with only UD.What could be the possible reason for this.

Dear Shalvi

QA32 t-code is to see the worklist of all inspection lots. It shows lots as per the radio button selected.

QA16 t-code is used for doing collective UD. It shows only those lot whose result recording have been done and no defect have been recorded for those lots.

Hi Kaushik,

I have selected inspection lot without UD only.

I actually tried this again,by first result recording & then QA16.

Is it mandatory to do result recording first?

Hello Shalvi,

We have radio button selection in QA32 under section list settings viz. select all inspection lots, select only inspection lots without a UD, and select only inspection lot with a UD . By default 'select all inspection lots' radio button in selected .

Select the radio button 'select only inspection lots without a UD' and execute QA32. Hope it helps and you get the same number of inspection lot without UD made .
