I started clearing logs via db13, but the program finished with errors.

I checked R3trans;

We had same issue while starting the listener and it has been resolved by doing the changes in tnsnames.ora and listener.ora files.

check the hostnames in the file.

Thank you all for answering my questions. I solved the problem by changing Environment Variable dba_ora_schema from SAPET1 to SAPSR3. Also I reset password to initial position ("sap").

But I have another problem.

When I'm starting brbackup.exe the program writes error: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges.

I granted all necessary roles to SAPSR3 and checked the note 400241, but it didn't solve the problem.

on the initial "log" I can see:

So changing environment variable from dba_ora_schema from SAPET1 to SAPSR3 may be OK only and only if your datbase user is SAPSR3. Unfortunately, you have windows.

Have you changed the environment variable also for the SAPSERVICE user? if not then you still have the problem.

Second, using the default password is a security risk.

Third, which user is giving you the error SAPSR3 or (as indicated on the note 400241) the OPS$ user? because if it is the OPS$ user then giving roles to SAPSR3 will not help.

Then you have your answer.

it does NOT matter much if R3trans finish correctly with the user <sid>adm in Windows as this is NOT the user who starts SAP. It is the SERVICE. Therefore, change the environment variables for this user.

Also, the note is telling you to grant athorizations to the OPS$ user, and you have NOT done it.

There is your second answer. (note, the OPS$user for the SERVICE
