When our UDO document is initially created it has the phase "No Phase". It is then necessary to move the phase to "Draft" before being able to move it into a workflow phase.
Does the initial phase have to be "No Phase" or can it be renamed to something else, like "Submit"
Does the initial phase have to be moved to an intermediate draft phase before starting a workflow?
Hi Christopher ,
You can see the similar thing in project phases , We cannot avoid it , what we did was to re name it by changing the value of l that ocalized resource , You can do similar , You can search for that localized resource and change the value to "Submit" .
Thanks

Hi Cristopher,
You can change the phases required or to be shown in the Configurable Phase Definitions of the particular UDO.
Hope this helps.
