All SAP printing output to a certain tray

Hi all,

We are using output device LOCL to print from SAP>
device type - ZSWIN
access mentohd: F (printing on front-end computer)
host print: __DEFAULT

I'm now creating a duplicate of output device LOCL, and duplicate of device type ZSWIN,

whereby I hope any SAP printing output to LOCL_DUPLICATE  would be printed from a certain tray, e.g. TRAY #2.

What exactly do I need to change on the device type (of duplicated) ZSWIN, so that all the SAP printing will goes to tray 2?

In print controls, I can see many radio buttons (e.g. direct, extended etc) but not really if this is where I should make the changes?

Hope someone would advise.

Is this what you are looking for?  I assume that checking Tray 2 is all you need to do.

hi billy,i have tried that, but it doesn't seem to work. it still doesn't print from tray #2.
