Hi,
We are trying to replicate materials from ECC to SRM. We are currently on SRM 702 and ECC 600. I was looking through the steps given in http://scn.sap.com/people/marcin.gajewski/blog/2007/02/05/how-to-replicate-material-master-from-r3-t... . One of the steps was to add entries in table CRMSUBTAB. Unfortunately, while trying to enter the values for CRS_MATERIAL_EXTRACT and CRS_SERVICE_EXTRACT, I am getting an error "Entry CRS_MATERIAL_EXTRACT does not exist in TFDIR (check entry)".
Has this FM replaced with a different one. Please let me know.
Thanks,
Ashwin
Hi Ivy/Martin,
I was able to replicate a new material from ECC to SRM. The BDOC link for material object in R3AC1 was not present. I have added it back.
I am able to see the materials in COMMPR01. Thanks for your help!!
Now, I am wondering how do I add the new material in the cart. I was trying to create a cart --> Add Internal goods/services, but I do not see the material in there. Am I missing anything?
Thanks,
Ashwin

Hi Ashwin,
The cause of this new issue can be complicated. It can be caused by BADIs or missing note, or some
missing attibute for the employee user. I suggest you open a new discussion form, and make a test by
using F4 help to search product id or manually input product to see if this can be added to SC.
Best regards,
Ivy
Hi Ivy,
I was able to resolve the issue. I had to update the product category in org structure (PPOMA_BBP). Once the product category was added the issue was fixed.
(1865529 - Product category/Product ID is not displayed to end user when creating a shopping cart)
Thanks for your help!!
Regards,
Ashwin

Hi,
I have made the relevant configuration based on the note and ran R3AS for:
DNL_CUST_BASIS3
DNL_CUST_PROD0
DNL_CUST_PROD1
DNL_CUST_SRVMAS
But for material, I am getting error in SMQ2 "Incorrect parameter with CALL FUNCTION."
Can you please let me know if I am missing something?
Thanks,
Ashwin

Hi Ashwin,
I sugges you delete all the sysfail entries via trx smq2 in SRM side and via trx smq1 in ECC side.
Then please start initial download again.
Please check if the error persists in trx smq2 and if there is error in trx smw01.
Best regards,
Ivy
Thanks Ivy and Rahul for the answers.
We recently refreshed our systems so I am currently getting logical system error since table CRMMLSGUID is pointing to different system ID. We are applying note 765018. Once done I am going to re-try and let you know.

Ashwin

Hello Ashwin,
Kindly follow the below steps to resolve the issue here.
1) Maintain the table TBLSYSDEST in both SRM and ERP system with regards to the logical system and Technical and Dialog rfc's.
Also assign the MW_admin in the rfc user.Register the queues with * smqr.
2) Follow the sap note 720819 and maintain all the 5 tables correctly.
3) Before you start the download, you must use transaction SE38 to execute the report BBP_PRODUCT_SETTINGS_MW in the EBP system. In the 'User' field, enter the consumer name that you
selected (for example, "SRM"). Select the radio button depending on whether service products should be active or not. The report starts with the default settings in test mode.
4) Ensure that the table CRMATAB in ERP system holds the entries after the step 1. IF it is blank then follow the sap note 1498111 and run the report SMOF_FILL_CRMATAB in SRM.
5) Also check for the R3-Guid in the tables CRMMLSGUID (SRM system) and CRMPRLS (ERP system ). Both should be identical with the logical system.
6) Also refer to the SAP notes 1548622 ; 1460623 ; 872533 ; 833438 ; 588701
7) --> BD97 __ Assign RFC destinations for Synchronous method calls....
Kindly abort and load the object again, it should work fine.
Best Regards,
Rahul

Dear Ashwin,
I reviewed the link and I think the content about table CRMSUBTAB is incorrect.
According to note 720819, table CRMSUBTAB should be maintained as below:
======
Check whether the necessary entries exist in the table CRMSUBTAB.
If required, copy the following entries into the table CRMSUBTAB
in the OLTP system:
- CONSUMER = CRM, OBJCLASS = MATERIAL
- CONSUMER = CRM, OBJCLASS = CUSTOMIZING
- CONSUMER = CRM, OBJCLASS = SERVICE_MASTER
When you copy an entry, only change the CONSUMER entry that
refers to the consumer name that you created ("SRM", for
example).
Save your copies.
=======
This should be done in ECC side.
Hope this helps
Ivy
