Changed and re-published RFQ email notification to Supplier and Supplier to Buyer

We have SRM 7.02 and ECS scenario's . My requirement is  to changes in cover letter of Email content, Body of the text message of e-mail for Bid Invitation,RFQ Response Live Auction.  Could you please tell the detialed solution for this..

This notification needs to change, When sending Buyer to Supplier and Supplier to Buyer

Hi Srini,

Email text comes from smartform BBP_OUTPUT_COVER. You can copy this into a custom smartform and make required changes.

You have to implement BADI BBP_OUTPUT_CHANGE_SF and set  cv_smartform_mail = 'Name of your custom SF'.
