We are trying to connect QTP and solman and almost all the settings are done as provided in the how to guide for test automation framework.
Third party tool was registered in solman, ecatt user has also been generated with SAP_ECET role.
When we create a test case in the project and run the external test tool for test we always get a message "QUICKTEST PROFESSIONAL is LAUNCHED" and immediately after that another message comes "Customizing entry does not exist". Please see the attached screenshot.
Any help or clue would be really helpful.
