Material quantity conversion is getting wrong

Hi all,

I am facing one issue that in a  order for particular item.One order  is getting process through inbound idoc,in i doc quantity coming correct but in oredr it is calculating wrong for particular item.

  conversion like that i cases=12 each.

Can you please help me where i have to check or from where the issue can trigger.

Did you check in the General PLant data view ? whether converted UOM is maintained or not.

If it does not serve your purpose, then put the screenshot of unit determined at the order level

Hi Deep,

Please check on the change log for the sales order as there could be someone changed the quantity after the order was created.

Also as per the settings maintained it is correct only.

Yes, i checked in order docment user changed EAN number at the the time of order processing.i hope thats the reson it is wrongly calculating.

Hello Deep,

If users are changing the Units of convertion manually while creating / changing sales order, you should speak to your ABAPer & insert a ABAP code in program MV45ZFZZ which will make the required fields in non-modifiable mode.
