SOAP MappingException 204

Hi SDN,

We have some errors at the Adaptor Engine level in SAP PI.

Some messages are flowing good and some are failing with MappingException: 204.

Error Message - "Transmitting the message to endpoint <local> using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.aii.af.service.mapping.MappingException: 204"

Could you please help in resolving this problem.

Hi Naresh,

Please provide details of your scenario.

From the error, it looks like there is a problem with the mapping. You can try to test the mapping with the source payload.

Is it client proxy scenario and what are the end points ?

You can try to test the mapping with the source payload for the messages which are failing.

Hi Naresh,

Seems like the issue is with the fields you mapped.Try to get your input payload into Mapping--> and check the results.

Compared the Successful vs Failed one found that there is mapping issue.
