How can Item in PPM can be integrated with project definition PS

Dear Experts,

Please give some light of  automatically creation of Project in PS from item in PPM.

I have done all required configuration in PPM but it is not getting replicated in SAP PS.

and how questionnaires can be linked to item.

Hi,

Related to your second question "assign questionnaire to item field"

1) SPRO, PPM, portfolio management, global customizing, define custom field configuration, Object type RIH, field config

Here you need to assign the field to the service "questionnaire" 0000000000006

2)you  have to " configue" a specific  questionnaire assigned to your item in the bucket.

Go to the item superior bucket , miscellaneous tab, field service configuration and here you can assign the questionnaire to one item field

When you create an item, field questionnaire won't be available, only after saving it you can complete it.
