Could you please check if the folloeing note helps:

Hi Challoju Ravi,
As Graham Slater updated in above, blog for startup troubleshooting will help to identify where the proble is
Please check as above and attach the relevant log file here
You can also check memory parameters with sappfpar
logon as <SID>adm and run sappfpar check pf=<instnace_profile>
You will get more details about this here,

Hi Challoju Ravi,
I'm intterested in finding the root-cause of the emergency shutdown actually, but first of all, I found it "strange" that your dev_disp logfile is dated "January 6th, Tuesday", it's not even this year.....
But anyway, you should save and check all the dev_w* logs after the restart, OS-log (Event log on WinTel) and also check your alertSID.log (if Oracle) just to be able to understand why it was stopped then.
Also before you tried to restart SAP again, you can check the connection to the DB by running R3trans -d and check for the logs.

Hello Ravi,
The kernel
relno 7000
patchlevel 0
patchno 75
is quite old, isn't it? You should first update it.
Check in dev_wNN (e.g. dev_w0) what is the exact error wich prevents the work processes to start. In dev_disp you can see only that the processes were stopped one by one, but not the reason. This is what is documented in details in dev_wNN. This could be a memory, network, database connection error, etc...
Best regards,
Adam

please check that your database is up and running. Log in to the system as <SID>adm and restart all your SAP and DB services. Incase you are on Oracle, make sure that the listener is also up and running.
Hope this helps.

Hi
Try this blog for startup troubleshooting:
Also, could you attach files in future rather than pasting the contents into the message, please?
